Terms of service

Welcome to Padel One. These Terms of Service govern your use of our club, our courts, our coaching and wellness services, and this website. By booking a court, entering the club or using this website, you agree to them. Please read them before you play.

1. Who we are and acceptance

Padel One operates an indoor padel club at 52 Street, Dubai Investment Park Second, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these Terms, "we", "our" and "us" mean Padel One, and "you" means any member, guest, visitor or website user. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the club or this website.

2. Bookings and payment

Courts, coaching sessions and classes are booked through our online booking platform or at reception, subject to availability.

• Rates depend on the time slot. Peak and off-peak hours are published on our Pricing page and may change; the rate that applies is the one shown at the time of booking.
• Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless you hold a membership or a package that covers the session.
• The person who makes a booking is responsible for the conduct of everyone playing on that court.

Late arrival does not extend your slot. Courts must be vacated on time so the next players can start.

3. Cancellations and no-shows

Our cancellation rules are as follows:

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the start time are refunded in full or credited to your account.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start time, and no-shows, are charged in full.
• If we cancel your booking because of a technical problem, a facility closure or an event, we will offer you an alternative slot or a full refund.

4. Memberships and packages

• Membership benefits, durations and prices are those published at the time you subscribe.
• Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred or shared unless we agree in writing.
• Coaching packages and class credits expire on the date stated at purchase. Expired credits are not refundable.

5. Coaching, academy and wellness

• Coaching sessions and academy programmes are delivered by our coaching team. We may substitute a coach when necessary.
• The sauna, ice bath and recovery facilities are used at your own risk. Do not use them if you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, are pregnant, or are under the influence of alcohol or medication. Ask our staff if you are unsure.

6. Safety and assumption of risk

Padel is a physical sport played in an enclosed court. Collisions, falls, and impacts from balls, walls, glass and rackets are inherent risks of the game, and by playing you accept them. You confirm that you are in good enough health to take part, and that you will stop and tell our staff if you feel unwell or injured. Non-marking court shoes are mandatory and we may refuse access to anyone wearing unsuitable footwear. Follow the instructions of our staff at all times; they may stop play for safety reasons. We strongly recommend that you hold personal accident and medical insurance.

7. Liability

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under the applicable law of the United Arab Emirates.
• Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in relation to any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

8. Minors and supervision

• Children under 16 must be supervised by a parent, legal guardian or a Padel One coach at all times inside the club. A parent or legal guardian who registers a child accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.
• Minors are not permitted to use the sauna, the ice bath or gym equipment.

9. Conduct in the club

Inside the club you agree to:

• Treat other players, our staff and the facilities with respect. Abusive language, aggressive behaviour, harassment and damage to equipment are not tolerated.
• Refrain from alcohol, smoking, vaping and illegal substances on the premises.
• Accept that we may refuse entry to, or remove from the premises, anyone who breaches these rules, without refund.

10. Personal property, CCTV and filming

Lockers are provided for your convenience, but we are not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought into the club. Items left behind are held for 30 days and then donated or disposed of. CCTV operates in the public areas for safety and security, and courts may be equipped with cameras for match replay; both are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may photograph or film at club events for promotional purposes, so tell a member of staff if you do not wish to appear. Filming other members without their consent is not permitted.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Where a change materially affects members, we will give notice by email or in the club before it takes effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
