Padel One respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you book a court, join the club, visit our premises or use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. Data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Booking and membership data: your name, mobile number, email address, membership type, booking history and attendance.
Payment data: transactions are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and the last digits of the card. We do not store full card numbers.
Health and emergency data: emergency contact details, and any medical condition or injury you choose to disclose so our coaches can keep you safe.
Junior academy data: the child's name, age and the parent or guardian's contact details.
CCTV and match footage: images recorded in the public areas of the club, and footage from court cameras where they are used.
Website data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and time on site, collected through cookies and analytics.

2. How we use it

We use your data to:

Take and manage your bookings, memberships, coaching packages and payments.
Contact you about a booking, a change of schedule or a club closure.
Keep you safe on court and respond appropriately if you are injured.
Operate and secure the premises, including CCTV.
Send you news, offers and event invitations, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Understand how our website is used, and comply with our legal obligations in the UAE.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

Our booking platform, which hosts court reservations and membership records on our behalf.
Our payment provider, to process and reconcile payments.
Our email and analytics providers, including Google Analytics, for communications and website measurement.
Professional advisers, insurers and authorities, where we are required to do so by law or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected to an equivalent standard.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies to make the site work, to remember your preferences and to measure traffic. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags for measurement and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

5. How long we keep it

Booking and membership records: for the duration of your membership and for as long as we are required to keep financial records afterwards.
CCTV footage: normally 30 days, unless it is needed for an incident or a legal claim.
Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe. Match recordings: a short period after the session, then deleted.

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and we limit access to staff who need it to do their job. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Subject to UAE data protection law, you may ask us to:

Give you access to the personal data we hold about you, or correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Delete data we no longer need to keep.
Stop using your data for marketing, or withdraw a consent you previously gave.

8. Children

We collect data about junior members only through a parent or legal guardian, and we use it solely to run our junior programmes and to keep those children safe.
